In all legal events, our maximum financial liability shall be capped at the exact fee paid by you for that specific service or product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cosmic Vedas, Beesolver Technology Pvt. Ltd., and its associate astrologers from any and all claims, legal liabilities, costs, lawyer fees, or damages arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or reliance on planetary guidance.

All calculations, digital portals, reports, and consecrated products are delivered strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our celestial charts, server operations, or billing gateways will be perfectly error-free, continuous, or completely immune to cosmic server interruptions.

We are not responsible for any delay, system failure, or disruption caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, solar flares, or payment gateway drops.
